Calendar Helper only sees what you deliberately send it. We do not access your inbox, your existing calendars, or any data you haven't explicitly shared with us.
Calendar Helper works by email. The only emails we ever see are the ones you choose to send to your personal helper address (e.g. pixie-314@calendar-helper.com). We never connect to your email account and never read your inbox.

We pass the content of your email to an AI model (Google Gemini) to identify calendar events. The extracted events are added to a brand-new Google Calendar that we create on your behalf and share with you. That is the only calendar we ever touch.

Content you send is processed by these services solely to fulfil your request. We do not authorise them to use your data for any other purpose.
Calendar events and your account information are kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which removes all associated data. Raw email dumps used for debugging are automatically rotated and kept for a limited number of recent messages only.
